Hourly Rentals
Monday - Thursday
1.5 hours - $65
$25/half hour
Friday - Sunday
1.5 hours - $75
$25/half hour
Time blocks are available from 1.5 hours up to 12 hours and will save you money! You may view time blocks and their price via the booking link.
If you would like to schedule a tour first, please contact me! All renters must complete a contract prior to your rental. Payment is due in full at time of booking. You may reschedule or cancel for up to 24 hours prior to your rental period. If it is less than 24 hours, all rental periods are non-refundable and you will be charged the full amount.
Small Events
Interested in hosting a small event such as a workshop, class, birthday party, styled shoot, baby/bridal shower, etc.? Contact me for more details!
Important things to note:

Anything currently in the studio may not leave the studio but you may move things around.

Your rental time includes set up and tear down/clean up.

Tables and chairs are not provided.

No more than 30 people.

There is no kitchen.

Stairs only - no elevator.

No decor are allowed to be added to the drywall.

You must provide day-of event liability insurance. If you wish to have alcohol, you must provide a liability policy for that as well.
