Frequently Asked Questions
Are pets allowed in the studio?
Yes! We are pet friendly. Please make sure they relieve themselves outside before coming in. There is a dumpster near the coffee shop for your convenience. Please also be sure to clean off their paws! Pet wipes are available for use. Pets may not be on ANY of the furniture except for the bed. Please sweep up or use the lint roller for any hair.
Can I have a micro wedding here?
Yes! Please be sure to contact me before booking. There are additional requirements and insurance that you must provide. Note: tables and chairs are not included. Everything currently inside of the studio is not allowed to leave the studio. Maximum capacity is 29 people.
Do you allow private events such as a shower or workshop?

Can I film video in here?
Yes! But please be conscious of others in the building noise wise. Please also note: it is an old building and you can hear almost everything!
Can I shoot outside or in other areas of the building?
You are welcome to shoot outdoors on the property, but please know this is a public community with other businesses that are likely working. Please do not be disruptive to them. Do not disturb the landscaping and wildlife. Please be respectful of the property and others. Shooting at other locations indoors in not permitted. Please only shoot inside of KCS.
Is boudoir photography allowed?
Yes! However, no sexual or pornographic activity is permitted.
Is alcohol allowed to be brought in?
No! Alcohol is only permitted for small events and must be shown proof liquor liability insurance for your event. Alcohol may not be sold on the premises.
Can I move around the furniture?
Of course! Please do not drag furniture. Please lift or use floor sliders. Furniture must be placed back in it's spot before you leave according to the exit photos. Furniture and props may not leave the studio.
Can I do cake smash sessions?
Yes, however there must be a barrier between the cake and floor. Cakes are not allowed to happen on the bare hardwood floor. You must use a paper backdrop, plastic/vinyl cover, blanket. etc.
Can I do milk bath sessions?
No, unfortunately no liquids are allowed in the studio. This could ruin the flooring and cause water damage due to the age and condition of the building.
Is confetti allowed?
As long as the pieces are larger confetti pieces and not small pieces. Small confetti will get stuck in the flooring cracks leaving a mess.
